Portsmouth 5 Nov 1816 Is in dock preparing for sinking at the bottom of the harbour, to test the effects of sea water on dry rot.

Plymouth 17 Feb 1818 Has been raised and taken into dock, but the treatment of submersion has not been found to work, she remains rotten in every part, and must undergo a thorough repair.

Trincomalee 18 Aug 1819 Had arrived from the Gulf.

Port Louis 2 Sep 1819 Is reported to be one of a number of vessels fitting at Bombay, to take part in the expedition against the pirates in the Persian Gulf.

Rysol Kyma, Gulf of Persia 13 Dec 1819 Early reports suggest that this place has been taken from the pirates.

Plymouth Dock 24 Dec 1822 Sailed with the squadron under Commodore Sir E. Owen, K.C.B., thought to be bound for the West Indies.

Barbadoes 13 Feb 1823 Had arrived, having been separated from the squadron in a gale off Lisbon. On the arrival of the Commodore, she sailed with sealed orders.

Kingston, Jamaica, 20 Apr 1823 Had sailed with a convoy to Mexico.

Port Royal, Jamaica 23 Nov 1825 Arrived and to prepare for a passage to Malta.

Coast of West Africa 14 Mar 1828 It is reported that her Marine Officer had died, possibly 1st Lieut. of Marines W R Caldwell, who joined 8 May 1827 : he's been replaced with an officer from the North Star, possibly 1st Lieut. A O Carrington ?

Circa Dec 1828 is reported to be at Fernando Po.

Sierra Leone 12 May 1829 Lying in the river refitting and storing provisions.

Fernando Po 10 Jun 1829 arrived from Sierra Leone and reports that she buried 47 officers and men whilst on the passage, including Captain Baddesley, the surgeon, Dr. Burn, his 2 assistants and the carpenter. The ship was fumigated and cleared out and the sick transferred to hospital ashore.

Fernando Po 18 Jul 1829 Sailed to St Helena to improve the health of the crew, having now lost 90 officers and men, leaving 40 men in hospital.

St Helena 4 Sep 1829 of the 173 officers and men who sailed from England for the West Coast of Africa only 6 officers and 11 men are left. Now recruting with a view to returning to the Coast.

St Helena 11 Sep 1829 Sailed to Ascension.

Sierra Leone 9 Oct 1829 Refitting.

Prince's Island 1 Jan 1830 sailed for the South America station.

Rio Janeiro 26 Apr 1831 To call at Cape Frio to receive what may have been recovered from the wreck of the Thetis.
