Late East Indiaman Liverpool, presented by Imaum of Muscat.
Portsmouth 5 Mar 1836 the Imaum has arrived from the Cape, a present from the Imaum of Muscat. Prior to her arrival she was described in the press as His Majesty's Ship Liverpool, but has now been re-named, on orders from the King, as Imaum. See also, the royal yacht Prince Regent, which went in the opposite direction.
26 Aug 1840 Portsmouth, was taken into dock.
