1888 Impregnable (1810) renamed Kent.

1890 Devonport, has for some years been used as a hospital for Epidemics.

1890 Devonport, offered for sale.

Apr 1891 Devonport, withdrawn from the sale list and to be refitted for use as a training ship for boys.

May 1891 Devonport, is to be stationed at Queensferry, N.B., as a training ship for boys recruited in Scotland. Riggers from Sheerness have been instructed to lay down moorings for her.

1891 Kent renamed Caledonia.
