Notes:

21 Mar 1796 St.-Domingo, W.I., a squadron, including the Lark, Captain William Ogilvy, arrived off town of Léogane with troops, with a view to reducing the area, but was found to be too strongly defended : however an attempt on Bombarde proved successful.

Between Jun 1798 and Feb 1799 the ships' boats of the Lark and Queen captured a French privateer, name unknown, on the West Indies station.

Between 12 Feb and 15 Apr 1799 captured a French privateer, name unknown, on the Jamaica station.

Feb 1799 captured the Spanish privateer name unknown, 1 gun, 2 swivels, on the Jamaica station.

14 Mar 1800 the ship's boats captured and destroyed a French privateer, name unknown, off Cuba.

13 Sep 1801 capture of the Spanish privateer-schooner Esperanza.

31 Oct 1803 attack on shipping along the French coast.

8 Feb 1805 captured the Spanish privateer Camerara, schooner, 16 guns, in the Bay of Senegal.

Circa 20 Dec 1805 the squadron under V.-adm Duckworth, lifted the blockade of Cadiz and sailed to between Madeira and the Canary isles, where it was reported by the Lark that a French Squadron had attacked her convoy.

26 Jan 1807 captured two Spanish garda-costa schooners. and on 1 Feb had to destroy the two vessels in a subsequent action after they'd got ashore.
