31 Jul 1804 in company with the Melpomene, Trusty, Ariadne, Magnanime, Pluto, Favorite, Merlin, Hecla, and Zebra, Locust Brig, and Nancy and King George Cutters captured the Postilion.
May 1805 Cruising, Channel
30 May 1805 the sloop Meteor, and the cutter Entreprenante, captured the Prussian sloop Omnibus.

With Sir John Duckworth on what some have described as his somewhat less than successful expedition to Constantinople : by 10 Feb 1807 had joined Sir John Duckworth's squadron. off the off Tenedos. 11 Feb the squadron sailed for Constantinople. 14th anchored off Cape Janizary, ships' boats used to attempt to rescue men from the burning Ajax. 19th steered for Constantinople. 2 Mar returned to the Mediterranean.
7-20 Nov 1808 assisting the Spanish militia defend the town of Rosas from an attack by a large French force.
24 or 25 Nov - 5 Dec 1808 Impérieuse, with the resources of Lord Cochrane, arrived in the bay of Rosas and provided support until further resistance at Fort Trinidad was considered impracticable.
Plymouth 25 Sep 1811 Came in from a cruise.
