1 Jan 1799 CO : A Kilkardy ; stationed : North Sea (N.C.).
10 Apr 1799 in company with the sloop Jalouse and the cutter Phoenix captured the brig Maria.
12 Apr 1799 in company with the sloop Jalouse captured Unvernhoft and Cargo.
14 Apr 1799 in company with the sloop Jalouse re-captured the Friendship.
10-11 July 1799, the boats of the Circe, Pylades, Espeigle, Courier and Nancy, the latter 2 cutters, made a dash into the Watt, at the back of Ameland last night, and brought out 3 deeply laden vessels and burnt a large Galliott laden with brass ordnance and stores, which could not be brought off.
9 Oct 1799 with the Circe and hired cutter Hawke, captured the Dutch ship of war Lynx, and schooner Perseus.
23 Nov 1807 prize money resulting from the capture of the brig Maria and the Unvernhoft and cargo ; also the salvage money resulting from the re-capture of the Friendship, due for payment in the near future.

Extract of a Letter from Mr. William Arnold, Collector of HM Customs at Cowes, to Evan Nepean, Esq; dated April 27, 1797;
I Have the Honor to inform you, that a French Privateer the Daphne of Cherbourg, Bar Corpa, Master, of the Burthen of 33 Tons, with 25 Men, Two Carriage Guns and Two Swivels, has been taken and brought in here Yesterday by the Nancy Cutter, a small Revenue Cruizer belonging to this Port, Robert Willis Commander, 32 Ton Admeasurement, with Ten Men and One Swivel Gun only. The Privateer is marked on the Stern, Vigilant, of Guernsey, a Deception often made Use of, I am informed,
to decoy English Trading Vessels within Reach of the Guns of the Enemy's Cruizer.

6 Oct 1804 the Melpomene, Regulus, Ariadne, Clinker, Explosion, Hecla, Hope and Nancy Hired Armed Cutters captured the Spanish Ship Purissima Conception.
