27 Apr 1798 captured the Dutch Vessel Londonswellvairing.

1 Jan 1799 CO : Henry Pascall ; stationed : North Sea (N.C.).

29 Mar 1799 Latona, Espiegle, Hired Cutters Fox and Phoenix captured the Nelly.

29 Mar 1799 the Latona in company with HM Ships Juno, Astrea, Espiegle, Fox Hired Vessel No. 1, Griffin, Diligente, and Phoenix Cutters captured the Galliot Neptunus.

10 Apr 1799 in company with the sloop Jalouse and cutter Nancy captured the brig Maria.

13 Aug-Oct 1799 employed on expedition to Holland. 17 Nov-30 Dec 1802 prize money resulting due for payment.

15 Dec 1800, Yarmouth Roads, following depredations to shipping by a French privateer off Scarborough, the Shannon, and Bittern, and cutters Phoenix and Drake were sent on a cruize in order to provide protection to the homeward-bound Baltic convoys.

20 Dec 1800 re-captured the Industry. 26 Mar 1801 salvage monies resulting due to be paid on the next arrival of the Phoenix at Yarmouth Roads.

23 Nov 1807 prize money resulting from the capture of the brig Maria due for payment in the near future, the account of sales having been delivered to the registry of the High Court of Admiralty.
