Notes:
2 May - 1 Jun 1794 Departure of the Channel Fleet from St. Helen's, and the lead up to actions and manoeuvres with the French fleet. 29 May - 1 Jun., what was to be known as the Battle of the Glorious 1st June commences, resulting in the capture of six sail of the line and one sunk.
13 Jun, the fleet arrived back in home ports.
14 Feb 1795 the Channel fleet sailed from Torbay for a brief cruise and to see various convoys safe out of the Channel.
Apr 1799 captured the brig Ceres.
2 May 1799 the Ranger, with the Courier Hired Cutter in Company, captured the Vreeda.
15 Sep 1799, Plymouth, came in the Ranger cutter from the Texel. By her is learnt that numbers of our brave men were drowned in the surf near Helder, from too great impatience to get on shore.
28 Dec 1799, Plymouth, arrived from Portsmouth, the Ranger cutter from a cruise.
5 Apr 1800, Plymouth, arrived from a cruise, the Plymouth lugger, Swan and Ranger cutters. The former has captured two smugglers with tobacco and spirits.
25 Jun 1800, Plymouth, arrived the Ranger cutter, M. A. Frazer, with a fine smuggling lugger, having on board 800 ankers of spirits, captured after a long chase within the limits of the Dodman.
10 Jul 1800, Plymouth, sailed with the Busy cutter, on a cruise.
16 Oct 1800, Plymouth, arrived from a cruise after smugglers, and brought in 140 ankers of spirits.

17 Jul 1805 captured by the Rochefort squadron.
