4 Mar 1800, Portsmouth, arrived the Rowcliffe, 16, Lt. Donovan, from Guernsey.
9 Mar 1800, Portsmouth, sailed with his Excellency Count Viomerille, Commander in Chief of the Russians, Colonel Gladlioff, and suite.
5 Apr 1800, Portsmouth, arrived with the Russian Commander in Chief, from Guernsey.
8 Apr 1800, Portsmouth, sailed the Rowcliffe, Lt. Donovon, for Cowes, to take troops from thence to Guernsey.
6 Jun 1800, Portsmouth, sailed for Guernsey.
1 Aug 1800, Mr. Fisher, of the Rowcliffe armed brig, is promoted to a surgeon, and appointed to the Wolverene, on the Marcou station.
