28 Jun 1793 captured the French privateer Furet in the North Sea.
17 Jul 1793 captured the Ship L'Etrusco.
14 Sep 1796 escorted the French privateer Bonne Espérance, captured by the Childers and prize, to Portsmouth.
25 Jul 1797 captured the French privateer Courier de la Mer near Portland.

Trial, Spithead, July 27, 1797.
Sir, Have the Honor to acquaint you that, on Monday Evening last, observing the Signal on Portland Point for an Enemy's Cruizer, I ordered the Chasse Marees to anchor in Portland Roads, and proceeded in His Majesty's Cutter under my Command in Quest of her; at Half past Two, Tuesday Morning, I discovered Two Brigs standing to the Southward, which I immediately gave Chace to, and soon, perceived them to be a French Privateer and her Prize; about Half past Four I got within Gun-Shot of the Privateer, and at Five, after giving us Two Broadsides, (which fortunately did us no Damage) she struck, Portland bearing N. E. by E. Three Leagues; she proved to be the Courier de la Mer, André Mouilleron, Captain, mounting 12 small Carriage Guns, and had, when she failed, 51 Men, but when taken only 20. She had been out Four Days, and had taken Three Prizes, one of which I have since retaken ; having so many Prisoners on Board I thought proper to return here. I have, &c. Henry Garrett

Notice is hereby given to the Officers and Company of HM late Cutter Trial, Lieutenant Micajah Malbon, Commander, that an Account will be deposited in the Registry of the High Court of Admiralty, of that Cutter's Proportion arising from Capture of the Ship L'Etrusco, viz. on the 17 July 1793.
