It may be of interest to note that personnel serving on board the ships belonging to the Destroyer (TBD) squadron at Hong Kong were all on the books of the TRIUMPH, so if you have a relative serving on board the TRIUMPH, but instead of being on list 5 is shown as being on list 12 he was probably serving on board one of the destroyers.

12 Jan 1915 departed for Singapore, arriving on the 17th. Coaled at daylight of the 18th. 18 Jan 1915 departed for Colombo ; communicated with Cadmus en route, giving her some stores off Penang.

24 Jan 1915 arrived at Colombo and coaled.

26 Jan 1915 departed for Aden, arriving 2 Feb. Coaled.

3 Jan 1915 departed for Suez where we arrived on the 7th.

8 Jan 1915 departed for Port Said.

12 Jan 1915 departed to join up with the squadron assembling to take part in the operations against the Dardanelles.
