Port Phillip. His Excellency the Governor has directed it to he notified that a license has been issued to Mr. James Warman, of Melbourne, to enable him to hire, engage, supply and provide seamen. to be entered on hoard merchant ships, during the year commencing on the 31st December, 1850.
