The Russian ship Sitka, Lieut. Grove, Commander, arrived in our harbour this morning, from Vancouver Island. It will be remembered that this is the vessel captured by the Allies off Petropaulowski. She is now anchored at Saucelito. She has a general cargo of provisions on board.- California Chronicle. Oct. 28, [1854].
