Note:- The rates of pay inserted in this table for Master at Arms and Ships' Corporals apply only to the Police Force established by Admiralty Orders, dated 18th July 1860, and 13th March 1868. Other Master at Arms and Ship's Corporals are, until discharged, to be paid as follows:-

S. men of Seaman Class, who re-engage for a further period of service, on completing first term of 10 years are entitled to an additional 2d, a day from date of re-engagement; men who have re-engaged prior to 1st April 1877, to receive this additional Pay from that date only - Circular No 16 N 31st May 1877.
